This week Justine and Amanda talk to the Executive Director of the Florida Innocence Project, Seth Miller. Seth tells us all we want to know about the Innocence Project because listen... there are INNOCENT PEOPLE IN PRISON! More than you think... To date, the Innocence Project is responsible for the exoneration of hundreds of wrongfully convicted individuals. The Innocence Project helps to exonerate people through DNA, witness misidentification, misapplied forensics, and coerced confessions. Testing DNA costs between $5,000 and $50,000 per case. Florida has the highest exoneration rate in the country.
