Joseph is a Criminal Defense Attorney in California and kind of a big deal! They discuss law enforcement and judicial advantages over people and how this imbalance of power against the innocent is the topic of Mr. Tully’s book California: State of Collusion. He also gives some details about a rather known case he's been working on.
